📋 About the Role

Beyond Programs LTD is looking for a confident, self-motivated appointment setter to help us connect with local real estate businesses, property managers, and developers. You will be responsible for cold calling potential clients and booking meetings with qualified decision-makers.

This is a commission-based position with a flat rate per booked meeting and bonuses for closed sales.


🧠 What You’ll Be Doing

  • Calling business leads from our provided list

  • Talking to property managers, developers, hotel/venue owners, or contractors

  • Following a proven script to introduce Beyond Programs LTD services (web development, systems integration, asset activation)

  • Booking meetings for the Beyond Programs LTD team

  • Updating your results in a shared Google Sheet or CRM


✅ You Are:

  • Comfortable making outbound calls

  • Professional and clear on the phone

  • Able to speak and write English fluently

  • Organized and consistent with reporting

  • Sales-oriented and eager to earn commission


💸 Compensation

  • $20 per qualified appointment (lead shows up and meets target criteria)

  • 5%–10% commission on closed sales

  • Bonus opportunities for strong performance

  • Expected earnings: $1,000–$2,000/month with strong results


🎯 Bonus If You Have:

  • Experience calling property managers or developers

  • Familiarity with CRM tools or Google Workspace

  • Experience in appointment setting, call centers, or lead generation
